What to eat for six pack abs has already been a topic here now I wanted to touch on some of the foods to avoid for a six pack and steer away from in our quest to get the perfect six pack. Top of the list is the carbohydate group as these can be your biggest enemy.
Sugar is a no-no in our plans for a six pack. With the right diet we will get enough sugar from the foods we eat. In saying that, take a fiber tablet to get your fiber intake as relying on bread and vegetables for your fiber will take your sugar levels right up there. Dairy products should be eaten sparingly as well as the high fat content will stymie our efforts.
I have yet to read anywhere where they say that sweets are good for us. I think we all know they are not to be eaten if we truly want to get the six pack abs we have dreamed of. Because of the fast absorption of simple carbohydrates they serve no worthwhile purpose at all so cutting right down on these is paramount.
Keep this in mind. I am not saying to completely rule out these foods but reduce the amount you have considerably. We have to do the right thing by our bodies as a whole as well as for the abs and it would be derelict of you to become ill through insufficient diet.
